Hey, i need ideeas for a self spanking

I am relatively new to this whole topic and I would like to try it. Lately I have seen that I have made some mistakes in everyday life and I would like to punish myself but im not sure how. It will be a self spanking but i dont know what position to saty in or what implements should i use, to be honest i dont even know how to use an implement since i never did this before. Any ideeas ? I'm pretty sure self-spanking can never be anything like having someone else discipline you, because a vital component of the punishment is bending over and submitting to it, and anticipating but not knowing when the spanks or strokes are going to land. I think you need to find a friend or partner who can do this for you. I wonder if anyone on here might be able to help you out?

@SeekingConnection I agree but the alternative is to treat the spanking for its own sake rather than using a spurious "disciplinary" excuse.
