Hey, i need ideeas for a self spanking

I am relatively new to this whole topic and I would like to try it. Lately I have seen that I have made some mistakes in everyday life and I would like to punish myself but im not sure how. It will be a self spanking but i dont know what position to saty in or what implements should i use, to be honest i dont even know how to use an implement since i never did this before. Any ideeas ? Thank you ❤️

People have done that before, you need a plastic better yet fiberglass rod, thin, and some paracord. The rod is pinched in a door or attached to where there is a doorway, it is pulled back by the cord to a fixed object and a slip release knot tied, then you have a piece of cord that when you pull it the knot is released and the rod flies. Nothing to it but it does sting.
