H: Well-I did, but-
M: No buts. Once your panties misbehave I'll spank them too, but for now it's just you.
H: Mom! Please! I'm 10, I'm too old.
M: (insert name) you are not too old you're big sister who is 13 still gets bare bum spankings.
H: Please mom please!
M: It isn't a spanking if it isn't on bare. I can give you warnings on panties and then a real one bare if that is what you need.

And with that she took down her panties.
