I Maintenance Spanking

So many people are talking about this maintenance spanking and so many are suggesting it. Would you please let me know your thoughts and opinions on this an let me know why or why not to use it. Really appreciate your opinion on this subject

When I give maintenance spankings to adult women I spank it's usually for a bad habit or behavior they are having trouble stopping. An example recently is a single mom who was written up for the second time at work for swearing (f-bomb), and one more time means she loses her job. She was also swearing at home in front of her 15 yo daughter. Her daughter was just suspended from school for doing the same thing.
