I Maintenance Spanking

So many people are talking about this maintenance spanking and so many are suggesting it. Would you please let me know your thoughts and opinions on this an let me know why or why not to use it. Really appreciate your opinion on this subject

I think maintenance spankings are completely unfair what would be the point in behaving. It would be like the police issuing traffic tickets to drivers who are not breaking any traffic laws
