I Maintenance Spanking

So many people are talking about this maintenance spanking and so many are suggesting it. Would you please let me know your thoughts and opinions on this an let me know why or why not to use it. Really appreciate your opinion on this subject

I do weekly maintenance spanking on Dear Wife and have for 40 years. It keeps her grounded and knowing that she is truly loved. It is not merely a power exchange as some would like to believe but rather a control mechanism for her over her emotions. It works and works very well. We highly recommend it.
