I Was Spanked With A Wooden Spoon

Bare bottom but it was a wooden spatula. That hurt worse. I remember mom rummaging around in the drawer telling us it was time for the stick. Then yanked down our pants, over the knee and spanked a good 5-10 minute. The burn after was horrible.

Worst for me was getting it on the palms of my hands. I think my mother did this because it didn't leave marks. I remember having to hold up both hands with one supporting the other. Any pulling away and it "didn't count." Standard dose was three on each hand but sometimes six. Six was crippling for hours afterwards. Mum was not otherwise a cruel woman but I don't think she had any idea of the agony she inflicted on us.

@WillE Well I do not know about the wooden spoon leaving marks but the ruler sure left marks actually they left cuts and my hands black and blue and swollen so much that I could not write in school.
