As I'm 56, minimum 40 y/o (because any younger is ultra-risky in so many ways), maximum it depends on attraction (as older women can still be very attractive). As sexual attraction and sex in general is something I largely don't understand in an adult way, it's mostly a moot point as dating is basically impossible. Both my ex's are 7 yrs younger than me.
