Do women 'pool their truths' about sex or openly discuss it with both other women and men?

I'm yet to meet a woman who wants to talk openly about sex and sex related topics face to face irl in a really genuine honest accepting respectful way.

Instead it's always round about not directly addressing the issues like talking about sex with a man is taboo.
