Too fast is better than not at all. But plenty of guys have ed/pe issues that cannot be fixed with any sort of drugs or medication. Lifestyle, depression, anxiety, fear, phobia, etc. all play a part.
Also remember most men once they're getting on in years (40 and up) can't recover/cum multiple times in quick succession. I'm yet to meet a 40+ guy who can orgasm fully twice in an hour, yet as a woman I can cum multiple times because male and female orgasms are very different and occur for different reasons.
