at first, it was just some sort of libido-driven act, but now it's becoming more of a hobby and part of my daily routine 馃拃 help me pls

First, ignore the creepy old people getting excited by this post.
Second, there is nothing wrong with either a high or a low libido. Everyone is a little different in this regard.
Third, a lot of people do such things as daily routines. There is nothing shameful or abnormal about that.
With all of that said, the important thing here is that you have control of the situation. This is true for self pleasure as well as being able to respond to people pressuring you for sexual attention. You need to be able to say no to either yourself or to others and have it respected.
Try saying no to yourself. Not today. Break the routine for a single day. If you can, break it for three days. If you succeed at that then break it for a week. Commit to not touching yourself for that long. If you can do so, then it would seem you have control. If you have control, then you are perfectly fine to touch as much or as little as you want. As mentioned, there is no shame in it you just want to make sure you control it and not have it controlling you.
