I gave my brother a rectal exam:

We were at my Aunt’s farm one summer and she called me aside while the guy’s were stripping and lining up for their rectals. She knew I had learned a lot about butts and I had developed into quite a young lady with some very big fingers, so she had me help with the exams that morning. I started with my brother (he was used to it from me by then) and gave him a thorough examination. He told me later it felt like I was inside his dick poking around, maybe I was I dig deep. I had them line up to take it, some cried and they got the paddle from my Aunt, some got broke in good and sort of liked it. Some of them backed into my huge fingers.

Last time I got a rectal exam it felt like the PA had her finger inside my balls with me bent over the exam table, really kind of hurt I was ready for her to pull out.

@AbstractWave i did get the courage to schedule a followup with my primary care physician, her boss, and he was very surprised. He found nothing, nor did my urologist. I am still having pain and went thriugh full urodyamic testing and scrotal scan. Nothing seems wrong, but i still have discomfort. I am seeing my urologist in 2 weeks.

@AbstractWave it is so interesting. I am.a retired physician. I consulted on many undiagnosed cases. I always said that it is better to find no pathology than something serious. Now though i am on the other side of the spectrum as patient with no obvious pathology. The experience with the scrotal scan was interesting. There are virtualy no male untrasonographers. Any attempt at modesty is a veiled attempt at best. I hoped there would be no pain. In fact i really felt nothing. We chatted through the entire procedure. I remarked how frustrating it was not seeing the procedure. Eventually there were three technologists involved they all were very sensitive to my situation and made the procedure easy. But none provided a way for me to observe, and stated no one had ever requested that before.
