I Got A Punishment Enema
Enemas themselves are not punishment, it's the how. In essence, an enema is using an anally inserted nozzle connected to a fluid container to fill the colon with said fluid, causing cramping movement in the colon that accelerates bowel movement thus expelling the fluid.
However these cramps are quite uncomfortable, and many variations exist to turn it into a punishment of varying degree of severity. In all cases I am against any form of physical punishment to children, I'm here talking about adults interested in punishment as part of BDSM. I have been the subject of the below punishments (mostly abuse by older neighbours when I was a child) and they are quite severe, however an imaginative mind can always come up with less or more harsh methods:
- Larger quantities of the fluid cause inner pressure and stronger cramps
- Introducing the fluid at fast rate causes stronger cramps
- Cold or even icy fluid causes much stronger cramps
- Hot fluids can scald the colon. While there is no real damage, the pain is considerable for a few hours, more if not soothed.
- Using thicker nozzles can be uncomfortable even painful especially in slow rate enemas. Anus dilation might be needed with really thicker nozzles to avoid damaging the anus.
- Forcing retention of the fluid for longer periods cause the cramps to be endured for much longer than normal enemas
- Soap is irritant, and soapy fluids thus cause more severe cramps
- Fluids that has harmless but painful ingredients can be used for punishment, like ginger for instance
- Using a buttplug to force fluid retention adds an aspect of humiliation
- Not using a buttplug and still forcing fluid retention by threat of a more severe punishment if expelled prematurely adds an aspect of fear, as well as humiliation if the subject fails to retain the fluid
- Forcing the subject to expel on the bathroom floor, then clean their own mess
- Spanking the subject with the fluid inside increases pain (even more if a plug is installed) and humiliation, as well as fear of premature expulsion (if no plug is installed)
