Swearing off porn for the rest of the month

I know it’s only about 10 days, but I’m not going to watch any porn during that time. I’ve seen studies where porn can sometimes contribute to depression and I’ve been having a lot of up’s and downs lately. So I’m cutting it out, at least for a little over a week and see if it helps at all.
