Why does the image look pixelated and has spots on it? I would like to like it but I’m not sure since it’s in a contest.

@Donna15 enlarged. Enhanced and probably dust or water spots on the lens. Its not perfect, but i don't claim to be. Thank you for your interest ☺ 🤗

@Montanaman I will give you the vote. My husband is a very good amateur photographer and I think his standards are a little higher. No offense and I do like the photo, just wish it was clearer.
