What does it look like when a woman (or a man) has an orgasm?

I've never really noticed or been in a position to see/watch up close and personal a woman's body or a man's body when a woman or a man cums? I don't really know what happens when a woman orgasms - never been a topic of conversation. I've never seen another man's penis/balls during the leadup to and during the actual orgasm.

I can't really watch myself when I get Mrs Palmer and her evil twin sister on the job. 8-) And I have not really had any positive sexual experiences with women in lots of years.
