afterglow is what exactly? Is it different for a man compared to a woman ?

I'm presuming it is because a female orgasm is pleasure 100 percent which is different to male orgasm, and if you haven't been able to get to orgasm do you feel 'let down' or 'lacking fulfilment' at all?

I, and male colleagues who've admitted it, can experience "Numb Knob" (for want of a better term). You climax, but your penis doesn't seem to have any sensation, despite ejaculating. It's not a regular occurrence, but it can happen.
