What do you do when you orgasm ?

If I'm actually getting sex and it's actually good (nearly 10 yrs ago probably with my last ex) I'll do a little jig and then it's all over and I can't do it again for a lot of hours (12 at the very soonest but more like 24). I feel 'wrecked' after an orgasm and tbh I hardly ever find them wholly enjoyable as the after-feelings aren't pleasant (for me at least).
