Yes, provided the nerves still work to get an erection, and that can take a while. There is no semen so it can feel a bit different especially for your partner.
Even if you can't get an erection there are many ways to have sex and an orgasm is still possible. However that can be more challenging for your partner because part of the pleasure is being aware of each other's arousal and our brains are hardwired to respond to physical signs such as a man's erection or a woman's wetness.
