@Zeuro I've never heard oral described as a fetish. But I have noticed a redefinition of the word to mean anything other than regular PIV sex, plus kinks and even preferences. Like my preference for larger women is now a "fetish." I've given up on correcting people.

The original medical definition of "fetish" is a paraphilia where the person is sexually aroused by objects or body parts that are not normally considered sexual, like feet or underwear. Dr. John Money described a man who was aroused by the sight of a safety pin. I suppose if someone is sexually aroused by mouths, that would be a fetish.

@Zeuro If someone is sexually aroused by mouths, that would be a fetish. But using your mouth to pleasure someone, or being pleasured by someone else using their mouth, wouldn't be a fetish. Men who masturbate don't have a hand fetish.

@LeopoldBloom that’s not what I’m saying. But using a non sexual body part for pleasure, is in fact a fetish. You just don’t think it’s a fetish because it’s so common. If people used their feet for the same thing, it would be a fetish. A fetish is a fetish regardless of how common said fetish is. And I don’t know why you’re so averse to having it be called a fetish, just because something’s a fetish doesn’t make it bad.
