Why is interracial relationship/marriage/sexual affair etc. a taboo?

@longhairedcougar off line people tend to stick in a small circle and know very few of different Ethnicities here in the UK I think I can say we have embraced the Multicultural society

@MarieUK i know the world has evolved and i have had my own share of experiences accross ethnicities and i must say I can't complain 😉
