How often do you freshen your nipples?

I’m confused hahaha… should I be dipping them in listerine or something?

Is this something I’m supposed to do? And outside of bathing and showers, how does one freshen her nipples exactly?

I have one nipple that burns in the summer....why? I played stupid games and earn stupid prizes for nipple twisting years ago.
