What are your views on PDA (public displays of affection), from a professional, romantic, or any kind of view?

How far would you go?

If PDA is decent, discreet and not exaggerated, then I have no problem with it. Like those 2 ladies in your choice of picture, they enjoy each other but still are not excessively obvious.

It also depends on the context, the place and a number of other aspects. It is much better show show affection with the ones you love rather than to make faces or criticize those that have no problem showing they care for each other.

A nice romantic setting on a beach or like here with a sunset as background and this PDA becomes something that everyone should give a try. Not only can it be beautiful but also a motivation for others to come out of their hiding. Love is beautiful and should not be criticized by those that lack of it or understanding for it.

@Metalbarbie Thanks. Never let a good opportunity pass. Life is simply to short and even at age 80, I admire those seniors that show affection after being together more than a half a century.

@Stephie definitely I feel the same as you do. And you said it well ❤️

@Metalbarbie I believe that women have less compunction to show emotions in public than men. I believe it has to do with our being overall more emotional, caring and empathic. At least that is how I perceive it.

Men on the other hand would feel that they are perceived as weak if they show emotions. That is a cliche that should have disappeared a long time ago. You can have a tough shell but a soft heart. They are simply too afraid of other male's opinions about displaying emotions.

@Stephie yes usually women are more affectionate and sensual than men. If you would like to chat further so we don't take over the forum you can pm me.
