How often do you masturbate? A question I have been asked most here!
My answer has always been “by need!” Lots of guys have seemed perplexed by the idea that I only masturbate when I need to, and I’m not sure if in saying this they are admitting they do it maybe daily, or whatever!
Men need to remember that women are not men! Our habits are different, totally different in some cases than they could imagine. We are sensual beings and not result-driven perhaps as men are. I think men should know there is something more to masturbation than ejaculation suggests!
There is something called tantric yoga, and it is relevant to our sexual life. I would suggest men who are obsessed with masturbation get a good book about tantric sex, and they will benefit if they read, cogitate, and practice one or two ideas or practices they will learn about. Their sex lives will improve, and the meaning of sex will be enhanced for them.
