Keeping Count

Does anyone else keep count of how many times they masturbate to orgasm throughout the year? It's something I started doing many years ago just out of curiosity. I'm not competing with anyone (even myself), but I find it interesting to compare my frequency from year to year.

For what it's worth, I masturbated 20 more times in 2025 than I did in 2024.
