Other parents with experience with sibling experimentation?

We caught our just 14 year old daughter teaching her little sister (almost 10) how to kiss, and a little more. We didn't want to overreact, and were wondering how others have handled it, if you've had a similar experience.

My grandma caught me and female cousin doing more than kissing when we were very little. She snapped the cover off and yanked me out of the bed. There was a lot of shaming involved. DO NOT SHAME THEM!!! Be understanding. We were all curious at one point.
