Everyone is different .. rarely wear PJs.. Even more freedom ;)

When it is cold, I wear on bottoms. Never any underwear. I think it feels more natural. I find that I usually get an erection that I know about at least once during the night. When I used to wear underwear, it was really uncomfortable to wake up with a confined erection. No underwear makes a lot more sense
