Just as you suspect, a lingam massage is massage stimulation of the male genitalia, just as yoni massage is for females. Practitioners from various backgrounds/countries might add various protocols- before, during and after arousal peak- but that is it in a nutshell.

@Massageman Thank you - "protocols" do you mean acts and actions to add to the stimulation and deliver a bigger orgasm? Or calm it down so the orgasm is delayed until later?

@kdma1l A "protocol" is simply the 'step(s) used in giving a particular treatment'. Eastern practitioners would typically add more steps which they believe enhance the experience, before, during and after.
