kdma1l Ok. This is the short version--I would gladly share a more detailed one if you wish! I have been to over 20 tantra providers, or tantrikas in New York over the last 15 years (I do not go any more for reasons i could also explain). The typical lingam massage starts with a conversation about wishes, boundaries and intent. Then comes some deep breathing exercises. next is a naked full body massage starting with me on my stomach. The whole session is about three hours. After and hour or so i turn over. She massages my front all over and instructs me to continue deep breathing. She then sits between my legs and slowly massages my lingam, which is Sanskrit for "wand of light", or penis. I practice something called semen retentio0n, so i usually do not ejaculate.
