Never really given and never ever received any sort of erotic massage so really don't have any experience to base a credible answer on.

Not always. Aside for the hundreds of therapeutic massages I've had, my massage therapist has given me a few that crossed the line into eroticism. They were very sensual body on body massages but they never lead to sex of any kind including a handjob, blow job, or intercourse.
