How to build self discipline? [I Need Discipline]

Because I'm lazy i lose many opportunities. I lack dedication, commitment, hard work and consistency. I'm getting fed up of myself. How to be more self discipline and make my life better?
I don't want to ruin my life being a lazy ass.

I have the same problem.. I try to start with a small commitment such as doing yoga at least for 15 minutes everyday but I'm not even doing this small thing everyday XD.. But at least I am doing it at least a few times a week.. That's better than before when I didn't do it at all, but eventually I want to make it as my daily routine.. I think having my own daily routine will be very helpful to be less lazy

@jellyfishman To be honest i don't have any routine. I don't know when i wake up, when i sleep, eat, study and spend time online. Which unfortunately sucks. With this kind of attitude im just missing out on a lot of things.

I think it is the fear inside that if i wake up early i will be missing out on that sweet long sleep or if i start doing this work it will take a lot of energy and i will get tired which will suck.

We really need to get over it.

@YourFriend4ever Yea.. I have irregular sleeping/eating/everything schedule as well, it's really hard to change as I've been like this pretty much all my life unless I was forced to be on time like at school, work or stuff.. I think it is not possible to change everything at once, but once you start with a very small thing that you can do it everyday easily and keep the small promise, it might make you a bit more confident about making other slightly bigger commitments/routines.. Maybe we can be like monitor buddies lol, to check if we kept our small promise everyday together

@jellyfishman wow that's an amazing idea. We should do that. So recently i was diagnosed with diabetes. Workout is very important for my good health which i procrastinate out of laziness. I think i should start from there.
@YourFriend4ever Sounds like depression. I hope you feel better soon.
