Question for guys - do you have to ejaculate/cum/orgasm every so often for healthy balls ?

More curiosity that anything. I find if I don't masturbate for a long time (like months) it seems to make for a really strong explulsion of jism than if I last did it yesterday or in the last few days or in the last week, but is that because the balls are 'full' and need to be 'emptied'?

What happens to sperm when they are disused - does the body 'eat' them back up? I can't see the fishes existing for a lot of years each before they go away.

Yes it does. It repurposes and recycles itself. There are all myths saying that you "Need" to do this and that but scientifically speaking you never need to force an orgasm. It is more out of habit that we do these things.

The body recycles anything not used and if it decides it is too much and does not need it anymore it can forcefully reject the material through nocturnal emission.

Essentially men gain benefits if they only commit those kinds of acts with a partner instead of by themselves. Myths surrounding it say that its healthy to do it every now and then but in reality men who don't are often more focused and feel more accomplished and have a euphoric "High on life" outlook towards things. Whereas when make a habit of the other side we are more prone to things like depression and mood swings and a slew of other negatives such as a lack of motivation etc.

It's interesting and people like to argue the facts because they think it means they have to give it up when I don't think that's the reality of the situation. It's not that you have to give it up, it's when you do, just know there benefits that come with it, much is the same during the time of when you do decide to engage in the habit of least resistance. benefits include pleasure for one. And the releasing of endorphins. Which are far less strong without a partner but still make up a big portion for why it becomes so habitual.

And yes I watch too much scientific anatomy on youtube at times. Such as the fact that any sperm you do have in your system is not from a build up of the time from your last experience, but it's a 64 day process... So any you do release. just know that stuff was a minimum of 64 days old.. So the process is a lot different than what people assume it is.

Nocturnal emission?

I never really understood the bio-chemical processes involved with sperm being created and what happens after that (besides the obvious sexual factors). Makes sense that stuff is 'repurposed'?

Since I find sex so foreign and orgasms through masturbation generally make me feel ashamed about life I've wondered why humans need or want to masturbate.

Given female orgasms are for pleasure only while male ones are for reproduction only there's a strange disconnect between men and women.
