Should I be worried?

During my early teens,I used to wake up with morning ejaculation.It was involuntary and would be in sleep.Some years later I started masturbating and of till last week I never experienced the problem.But since 7 days every day I wake up with ejaculum in my shorts.It kind of feels weird and embarassing.Should I consult a physician or is that physiological?
