My wife attended one of these...
....in the days before this type of party was even named....!
She took part in the promotion of a 'Gentleman's Club' opening in London....she and a few other girls had to chat to fully clothed men at a promotional party...the girls were wearing high stilletto heeled shoes...and a smile...nothing else!!
I didn't know the following little story until today, but she just told me that a couple of the men asked her if she was a nudist....she said incredulously "no, why do you ask?"
"Well" said the men, "some of the girls seem a bit uneasy about being naked among us all but you seem to be very relaxed and natural - like....well...like you are used to it!
She has never ever been to a nudist colony or even a nudist beach....but she said "I was ok from the start, I enjoyed the attention...!"
