If you're trying to grow your booty, there's 2 things you're gonna need: weights and calories. Weights will help shape your butt and calories will help grow it. Butt (see what I did there) the most important thing is actually using your flutes when you're lifting the weights. Just going to the gym and doing a ton of squats isn't going to cut it, believe me I've tried. You won't get that round peach you're looking for that way. 馃檯馃徏
