Not sure that without something like a gun safe, where you have the only key, combination that really possible.
However hiding from casual inspection, back of a desk drawer, covered with tax docs, old hardbound book nobody will read and cut the center of the pages out . hidden drawer cabinet (can be expensive).

Or just let people in the house know.. my drawer, stay out and if the find it, they find it.. being sexual active, even by yourself if not something you should have to hide from anyone.

Bedside table, pull the bottom drawer all the way out and use rhe space under it ,tall boy dressers and lowboy dressers work too

I hide my train set in the shed.

In the bottom of where all your makeup junk goes if you have any. Nobody goes snooping in there bc they can't make heads or tails of it

Place them in a small handled gift bag. Hang the gift bag over a hanger in your closet. Just put a shirt over it. Easy access. Snoopers won’t think to “search” there.

In a bag in your panty drawer
No one should be going through that drawer and in case something ever gets moved that could cause them to be shown or even fall out they can be in the bag inconspicuously
