more proof NY just a cold Florida

I read somewhere that the reason why there are so many crazy Florida man headlines isn't that people in Florida are crazier than any other state. It's because of this rule they had (and hopefully still have, but probably don't) of full disclosure in news stories. They don't ignore the bad stories like some states do.
