Is it wrong for a 43 year old man to sleep with a 20 year old?

My friend is 43 and has a 20 year old friend with benefits. He said he started flirting with her and things went from one thing to another. I support him but wonder how others see it.

Some women prefer more mature men, which usually means older. Being older, he is likely more financially secure than she might be. When it comes to sex, he likely will be more concerned with the quality of her orgasms before having any of his own by virtue of past experiences she may not have had.

If they both are happy, where's the rub?

@TexChik Some 20-year old women are gold diggers. I saw that with some students at the university, they knew how to charm those older men.

@cherokeepatti Yep, and those men know what is going on. Basically, it's legalized prostitution in some cases.

@TexChik Some of them were playing more than one man, just collecting their prizes along the way. One of them was the boss at her part-time job. His wife divorced and remarried him 4 times. The fifth time she said no more. He had a weakness for young blonde students and that’s mostly what he hired and then would date some of them.
