@Annon you look like you are in great shape you would be fine. I got a technique from a guy in Cali that helped me a lot--he would use three counts to do the burpee--- he would tap his pecks, than tap his inner thighs and tap touch the ground on the third tap. You are bending over as you do the 2nd tap making you closer to the ground. The cadence help me build a rhythm and made smoother for me. It also keeps you from sprawling which may be hard on your wrists
