If you are unfamiliar with the concept, deep fakes a pornography created by adding a persons face onto another’s body. My question is do think deep fakes are constitutionally protected?
Recent case was with bruce willis. He claimed he did not give rights for his face to be used in that manner. Yet they still did. There's also a series on bbc that highlights the depth of deepfake
@Gangstress All I know it happens. Like a guy who was persistent about wanting a nude picture of a close friend, she kept saying no. Her uncle found a nude picture of her on the net, well it was her face, but not her body. She was really upset, but could not get it taken off the net.
@Gangstress I don't know what that means, but what this guy did with my friend was disgusting, she is a teacher, and if her picture is seen, they will assume she poses nude for pictures, Her job is then under real question.
Deepfakes are not specific to pornography, it can be used in any context of putting a head onto another body, or having the face say something that it did not if you also have voice software, for example making it look as if a certain politician said something they did not. You just watch too much porn, coomer
