I still don't understand how women tolerate wearing makeup. In my experience, wearing makeup is a miserable exercise in triviality and carefulness. That shit gets everywhere if you're not thinking about it.

@BlueVeins cause it matters - makeup, the right kind of clothes and shoes - visual appeal makes for a lot of things, it makes us feel confident, it covers our flaws, it makes us feel desired and powerful - i know that if i am pretty, i can nail down any guy i want unless he's just not looking for some. So yeah why shouldn't i work it out? :)

it takes a while getting used to it for sure but then after a bit it's like your normal self. if you work at a place that requires you to wear a badge or an ID, you'd relate to this - cause after having worked for months or years, if you forgot your id someday, you'd feel a little lost without it right? like you know there's something supposed to be there usually but it feels just odd without it..

that's kinda how make up tends to feel like after you're into it and you get used to avoiding it from smudging up or being pretty careful on not getting it on stuff - it's almost second nature to avoid anything that might spoil it especially if you get the good quality ones then you'll hardly mess up cause they come with benefits of being smudge proof or water resistant
