Why did i have these dreams?

idk, always have, dreamed about bladder desperation since I was six, yes six, not sixteen, six. Idk why I dreamed of named woman toying with a naked man strapped to a table needing to pee when I was young either it just happened. And as I grew up I found myself turned on by male desperation and by needing to pee.
