I am in favor of physically showing up and voting in person. I also believe a valid photo ID and proof of citizenship should be required. I know California doesn't believe in this, but I do. Any mail in votes, ie: military or overseas workers should be required to be in a week in advance. They should also be counted and submitted before election day too. No more allowing mail in ballots two and three weeks afterwards to ensure a particular candidate wins.
