To my American friends - Is it happening now or it's expected in near future term?

@SunshineGirl He doesn't need to give importance to numeracy. By 500%, he means reduced to 1/5 . By 600%, he means reduced to 1/6, I think.

@DanielsASJ in what universe is 500% 1/5th, or 600% 1/6th? This guy is supposed to be a businessman, someone who should have at least a basic grasp of numbers.

@SpudMuffin Then you make sure that there is a mathematics test to be the President of the Nation. If he was a student of social science background, then you don't expect him to formulate integration differentiation or any mathematical modeling tool or let's say even some of the basics. What he means is more important. He is doing good by reducing the prices, if he intends to reduce. Because people from all over the world were going rich by selling medicine worth $10 to USA in $100. Whosoever advised President Trump on cutting the prices of medicines, he is a great guy, maybe Lutnick or Robert Junior.

@DanielsASJ even if it were true that prices are coming down, who do you think would benefit from that? The people who need the drugs or the middle-men?

@SpudMuffin I think you don't know the whole news. He is trying to cut down on the middlemen too. Even the insurance companies who have made billions are not safe under his administration. So yes, he is doing good work but caution is needed. People should not trust anyone blindly.

@SpudMuffin We know that Democrats will be VERY upset when they see prices falling. Anything that is good for
Americans while Trump is POTUS, is BAD for Democrats.

Maybe Spud and the other progressives will get lucky and China will release another pandemic.
That would be terrible for Trump, and a huge gift to Democrats. It worked once.
