I don't know what to make of this, the thumbnail here in your post even says it is "altered or synthetic content"

Opening the link on YouTube in a new window, the channel doesn't seem to be an official NBC channel and only has 700 subscribes and few views on any of its videos

So I'm not sure there's any reason to actually watch the video

I'm not making any commentary on Obama or this woman, I haven't researched her beyond your own post, all I know is that the video itself doesn't seem to be a good source to rely on, I would look for other more reputable sources

Googling about the subject of this video indicates this incident did not happen ... this video does indeed seem to be fake
