Should Elons email to verify what federal employees "did last week" also go out to federal legislators? And to trump and his cabinet?

Yes we must determine what everyone is "accomplishing" to justify their salary.
No only employees with contracts (and unions) should be accountable.
Yes and justification from legislators should be provided too.

I think you should be able to trace productivity among individuals to determine who is properly doing their job. Having worked at a federal agency before I know two out of three employees don't do anything productive.
