The amount of money the IRS brings in phenomenal. And they keep wanting more and
more, so they can waste more. If they can't waste it, they hire people they don't need,
and don't have anything to do. Work at home was perfect for them, since they had no
responsibilities, and no checks and balances, they could do whatever they wanted, including
another job.

This is why most didn't go back to the office, and couldn't even say what work they did last
week.
