The libs are still trying to pull that rabbit out of a hat and claim a convicted felon can not be sworn it. As soon as they do convict him, the case goes to appeal and Marchan and Bragg get to face justice. The conviction will most certainly get reversed and Trump's record expunged...but the libs in congress believe that they can interfere with the election at the last minute.

@TexChik your's is the only logical explanation as to why the judge would push for sentencing with the caveat of it being an "unconditional discharge."

In other news, the President of the Senate *, in opening the new term of the Senate, flubbed the Pledge of Allegiance leaving out the words "the flag of".

@Pfuzylogic Hear this. Unconditional discharge. Merchon knows if he does otherwise his days as a judge are finished.

@DocSavage You responded to the wrong person 👇
Trump saved himself $280 million in appeals under the current corrupt DOJ. So yeah...he's doing well. The left's efforts to "get Trump" has failed miserably. Sit back and enjoy the implosion of the democrap party over the next 4 years. 🤣

@Toofargone Valid point, but this time MAGA goes on offense.

@Gibbon I have never seen such an arrogant mob of people. And they wonder why they lost.

@jshm2 Not a convicted felon yet, turnip brain, until sentencing. That's Merchan's only reason for the unconditional discharge. But keep those tissues handy for when all charges are overturned on appeal.
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
@BizSuitStacy The jury convicted him: the sentence just hasn't been passed. An unconditional discharge is still a sentence. If there is an appeal the conviction will disappear, but until then the description is accurate.
