Trump can pardon them, if he so wishes.

I can't imagine him failing to do so. Those poor souls have been rotting in jail all this time for no reason, while real rioters, looters, gang members, and terrorists walk around free. 😠

@AbbeyRhode Unlike the present administration, Trump will not try to hide them...even though the January 6th committee destroyed every bit of evidence against them.

It is MORE than time for the gulag gates to open...and the stazi to be removed from power.

@AbbeyRhode Yep. even if one classifies it as an insurrection, those arrested deserve to be treated as prisoners of war and repatriated when the war is over.

On this same subject, is Leonard Peltier still in prison?

@Heartlander On June 10th of this year, he had his first ever parole hearing. No word on the result. He is 79 years old, and in failing health, but he was also convicted of killing two men who were shot in the head at point blank range. Chris Wray of the FBI does not want him to be released.
