Not because he isn't well spoken. There are plenty of well-spoken іԁіоts out there. But because he actually thought we wouldn't notice that he got mad about being fact-checked.

A look at his eyes and some other features indicate he has a genetic condition known as fragile X , although it’s a mild case of it. However even with a mild case Mathematics is a challenge for him and there is a limit to his educational abilities. Belligerent behavior is also a side effect of the gene mutation.
